I just wanted to tell you I spent some time with dad over Easter and came in contact with angels during their shifts. They are all extremely professional and pick up very quickly on dad's needs. Nothing is a problem for them. If they see something needs doing they jump straight in and do it, no prompting is needed. I was extremely well looked after and arrived for my appointment in good time. Shopping afterwards was a pleasure with someone so caring.

Sylvia was lovely. She picked me up on time and looked after me very well. She also (unasked) brought in and folded my washing so one less task for me to do. She is a delightful person and well fits the term Angel.

Housekeeping & cleaning:

Denver arranged a cleaner every 2 weeks for me. On a Friday the cleaner turns up and I would just like to say does a great job - I am very impressed with his efforts and cleaning - not to mention his kindness to myseflf and the children. He takes time to speak to the children. Thanks, Alex.

This morning two Angels came to spring clean our house.  They were prompt, cheerful and friendly.  I left the house to them and escaped the mess I had left my home in.  On returning I was stunned and speechless at the wonderful job they had performed.  This house has never been as clean as it is today, nor has it ever smelled so beautiful.  I cannot thank your company and especially the two Angels enough for the extremely hard work they did to make us happy.  I will call you again and I will recommend the Angels to all my friends and acquaintances.

My housemate and I utilised Dial An Angel's cleaning service on the Gold Coast about a year ago.  Being two young guys living together meant the house was pretty messy, yet the Angels came in and did an awesome job.  They were great!  And the best thing was - We got our bond back!

We were very satisfied with our DIAL-AN-ANGEL experience. We felt our daughter was in good hands and we had few concerns during our absences.

My family stayed at the Shangri-La in early February and I wanted to thank you for the services that you provided for us while we were in Sydney, Australia. The sitters were terrific and my children enjoyed the time with them.

Home & corporate functions:

The engagement party was a success! Rhonda was fantastic, she arrived on time and we threw her in the deep end with getting things ready because we were running behind schedule. One of my mates was supposed to rock up early to help prepare the snack food, but she was 2 hours late and that threw the whole schedule out, so poor Rhonda had to hit the ground running. She worked tirelessly and didn't hassle anyone, just seemed to know what needed doing and got on with it. I was very happy with the service, thank you.

Katie and Sally were wonderful! Our event ran smoothly with their help. We were able to enjoy the day without worrying about the work involved.

On behalf of the Organising Committee for all Services involved in Sharing the Care in regard to the Carers Get Together in 2010, I would like to thank you sincerely for the very kind donation of a staff member to assist us in the kitchen on the day. Pamela worked very hard and was an obliging and diligent worker. We certainly have a soft spot for her and she is a credit to your Organisation. My husband and I were lucky enough to have had your 2 best staffers  work at our wedding party in our home on Saturday the 28th November 09. They were just fantastic! In-home nursing:

Just a quick thank you for the professional and efficient way you helped facilitate my mum's transfer and flight from Caloundra Hospital to Sydney.  The nurse you recommended was a delightful and caring lady who treated my mum first class all the way. Thank you and your organisation so much, for such a straight-forward and uneventful process.

It is now over two years since we engaged your services and from the beginning we have been very happy with everyone concerned and have no need for changes.

Lorraine and Helen have indeed been terrific Angels and I couldn’t have managed without them. They have made my recuperation on Bribie possible and enjoyable. As well as physical help, they have buoyed my morale with their bubbly personalities and they have given me plenty of encouragement, and these are both important parts of the recuperation process.

Child care - babysitting:

I wanted to congratulate you on the fantastic service you offer.  The lady Jody that came to care for my son was awesome.  She came equipped with everything including toys and they drew pictures etc.  Fantastic! Thank you for sending Rochelle and Clare, two very special young women, to mind four children yesterday. I believe they had not met each other before this event but worked seamlessly together. She took great care of our tiny twins and our five year old son. Good morning Beth, thankyou very much for arranging for Sue (Mary Poppins as my 3 year old called her) to come and spend the night. My wife had a fantastic nights sleep and was able to go to bed stress free knowing that our son was in good hands. We have hired one of your lovely angels Matilda to help my sister with her twin girls whilst she recovers from surgery this week. Jacinta in your office was extremely helpful and dealt with our last minute request within 30 minutes. I was most impressed.

I would like to firstly thank the telephone staff that I dealt with to book the babysitting service; I believe I spoke to Jacinta. It was a very easy process and made even easier with your friendly and reliable team, especially as I was traveling from South Australia. Secondly you sent Alissa. My son had a wonderful time with her, she dealt with him just perfectly as he was out of sorts from travelling, being overtired and not having his normal routine. After the first night of babysitting all we heard about the next day was how fun she was with him, and then again after the second night. Alissa was very accommodating with the time factor on Saturday night as we had come over to Sydney for a special event and it was a late night for all of us. I would highly recommend her to anybody that would need to book her through your service again.

A note of thanks...Not living in Sydney, it was great to have such a professional service with a child carer of experience to look after my children, so that I didn't have to worry about them while I was out. It made my husband's 40^th birthday all the more enjoyable...thank you.

Our function was at Central Coast on the 5^th December 2009. It was late Tuesday night (2^nd December) that it dawned on me that I hadn't finalised the nanny arrangements. As soon as I got into work on the Wednesday, I contacted Norma, an angel in disguise, and handed it over to her. She performed a miracle and was able to place a nanny for each family for the Saturday night and the Sunday morning. I would like to extend my gratitude for coming through for me Norma, with such short notice, you found such wonderful, lovely nannies, the families were very pleased with their punctuality and their caring nature. We had a wonderful weekend and I thank you for providing a professional, caring and efficient service. I met one of the nannies at the pool on the Sunday and she was having a great time with the 2 kids, she brought along bubbles, and we all joined in on the fun. She brought along bread and she was taking the kids to feed the birds along the pond. She made sure the kids had drinks at the pool and were well looked after. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Dear Maria, I would just like to thank you for sending Kelly to babysit my 3 children last night. I had never used an Agency before and was not sure what to expect. As soon as Kelly arrived, my 4 year old was violently sick, having picked up a bug. She had cleared up the mess before I had even got him in to a bath and was completely unfazed. She reassured us it was still ok to leave him ( we had tickets for the Opera and were only in town for that day) and looked after him and my 7 year old twins for the rest of the night. When I phoned, my youngest had continued to be sick, but she had dealt with it completely professionally and was extremely competent. I felt totally comfortable leaving her with the children. The children had great fun playing hide 'n' seek and 'making camps' with her. She was just lovely. Thank you for providing a great service.

We recently took up a "Angels to the Rescue" package at the Novotel Sydney at Darling Harbour (19-20 Sept). Merryn arrived at our door and immediately the boys (aged 2 and 4) flocked to her. We had Dial-an-Angel Vicky look after our son, at the Meriton Apartments in August. I would like to say Vicky did a great job and my son became very attached to her in that short frame of time. Recently we used your service when we attended a wedding in Canberra as we had never used a service like this before and I had never left my 3 yr old with anyone other than family I was concerned, a concern I need not have had. When I first contacted you to arrange someone I had a very friendly and helpful co-ordinator on the phone who arranged things very quickly with no problems at all and who answered all my questions and concerns I had, which were many as I had never used this service before. The Angel, assigned to look after my 3 yr old son, rang before the date we were to have her look after our son and she was a lovely woman and after having had a conversation with her prior to her caring for him I felt comfortable to have her look after our child, she was very professional and friendly. Our son took to her quite quickly and he was very happy to stay with her whilst we were gone. Susanne did an absolutely amazing job looking after him and after meeting her and talking before we left seeing how she interacted with our son was very happy to leave him in her care. Much to my surprise when we returned later that night he was already fast asleep. I would highly recommend Susanne to anyone else and would love to have her look after our son again anytime we may be in Canberra and needing an Angel again. 

Your staff member was terrifically professional - and seemed to develop a rapport with the kids quickly. All was peaceful when we returned home. We were very happy with it all. And our friends who've never used any carers except grandparents were very relieved it was all so smooth!

Elga was fantastic! Within 3 seconds she had me at ease (the nervous father syndrome), had my daughter reading nighttime stories and our little boy was just about asleep. My wife and I were able to get out for the evening (a rare event) knowing a true Angel was with our children. Your company for the second time has left us with truly positive experiences.

I just wanted to let you know that we had a great experience with an Angel from the Gold Coast centre. She was well-spoken, presentable, and above all, affectionate and attentive to our kids. She agreed to arrive 45 minutes early to acquaint herself with our routine and the children. I would just like to ask if there is any way that you could recommend an Angel from your Melbourne office that has a similar manner to Kelly as we would like in the future to use your services again but live in Melbourne and don't have any recommendations from friends or family.

I was attending a work conference in Sydney this week and travelling from Brisbane, my employer thankfully advanced in its support for returning mums to work and arranged the use of your service for babysitting. My Angel called me before I left Brisbane to chat about Emily and reassure me she would be there and was more than capable of looking after my little princess. Sue was an absolute treat, Emily was totally happy, well rested, fed and enjoyed a great two days at the beach with Sue. It made my stay so much easier and the travel back to Brisbane that night a delight as Emily was in good form. So many thanks to Sue, please pass on our thanks, an absolute star you have on your books. (We wished she lived in Brisbane!!)

The Lindfield Office was professional and courteous tending our needs and matching an Angel to suit the job. Angel Michelle arrived on the doorstep and with in the hour was preparing dinner and getting to know the children. The children could keep their routine of school and sport activities in their own environment. The dog also enjoyed a regular walk and attention.

I have been employed by Dial An Angel for approximately 20 months.  Recently as a Registered Nurse and before that as a carer and domestic. My introduction to DIAL-AN-ANGEL came from my own experience and I seem to have grown alongside DIAL-AN-ANGEL through my life. Firstly, I worked in the Film industry. I arranged for Producers, Directors and Actors from here and overseas to have baby sitting for their children and I would have dinner parties at home and hire an Angel to help me in the kitchen. I was always very happy with the services that DIAL-AN-ANGEL offered so subsequently I then married and had children of my own and used DIAL-AN-ANGEL for my own needs with child support. My children are all grown up now and my husband having had a major career change late in his life decided to become a legal practitioner and I am back at work supporting our needs as a family, working as an Angel. I love my job as I am in control of my own time. As the work is offered to me I can choose to work if I want to and as frequently as I would like. There is always plenty of work. I have enjoyed meeting such a diverse range of people from Sydney society to young children. I have worked in the elderly care, special care, and childcare and functions area.  I have done things from driving people around to do their business, helping them sort their affairs out in their homes, to baby-sitting. I find if I am prepared to give that little extra to the clients they are always happy and if the client is happy, I am happy.

I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how sweet I think you are and how much I appreciate all that you have done for me since you have been working for Dial-An-Angel.

Although I only worked for a short while before taking up a permanent position I was very happy with the assignments I was given. I had had an unpleasant experience with another agency that was operating at the time and to find your agency was a real blessing.
