Fit & Well – Get into the breakfast habit It has been said many times, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. After a long period without eating your blood sugar levels will be low. Skipping breakfast can mean your body will start to crave something sweet and you'll end up snacking on unhealthy foods.
Start the day with a filling and nutritious meal and you will give your metabolism a kick start. You'll feel full until lunch time with no temptation to snack your way through the morning. Some studies have also shown that eating breakfast (high carbohydrate/low fat) can make you more alert and assertive to face the day. Get in the Habit today. August 2009
|
Welcome August is upon us and already it’s another busy month. We are really looking forward to The Baby Show in Sydney and working very closely with the organisers to make the crèche the perfect place to leave your little ones. We are also currently working with The Women’s Expo to provide a similar service in October. Events such as these are dedicated to the needs of families and women – something DIAL-AN-ANGEL has a keen interest in as well. We are currently recruiting new Angels for care, nursing, domestic cleaning and childcare. We are experiencing a high demand for our Registered Nurses and Attendant Care at this time, particularly in and around the Sydney Metropolitan Area. Should you know of someone wanting to return to the workforce, supplement their income or work only during school hours, please ask them to contact us on 1300 721 111 or visit our website. Until next time, travel safely,
Danielle Robertson CEO, DIAL-AN-ANGEL Pty Limited |
