Our Gosford office needs a motivated, energetic and customer service focused manager to lead the small and friendly team. Ideally, you will have a nursing or aged care background with management experience to boot!

Our Gosford office needs a motivated, energetic and customer service focused manager to lead the small and friendly team. Ideally, you will have a nursing or aged care background with management experience to boot!

Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer in Sydney, the Office Manager will have overall responsibility for the Office's success by setting, implementing and monitoring individual and team objectives and targets whilst ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.

Key responsibilities include:

-  Setting monthly targets and objectives for the team In conjunction with CEO , COO and Finance Manager

-  Monitoring team performance and activity

-  Holding weekly meetings to discuss task delegation and review issues

-  Resolving client and worker complaints quickly and effectively

-  Awareness and monitoring of Occupational Health and Safety issues

-  Monitoring Agency Service Fee collection and Client accounts.

-  Providing leadership and assistance to all team members

-  Taking Care Department sales calls and assigning workers to bookings

-  Assessing clients in home and developing care plans as well as assessing and OH&S issues

The successful candidate will:

-  Have a motivated and ‘can do' attitude coupled with an ability to work under pressure

-  Be able to work to deadlines and assist team members throughout various departments in the office

-  Have an interest in staff management and leadership

-  Have proficient computer literacy including Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of databases would be advantageous

-  Have a good understanding of OH&S and HR policies and procedures

-  Previous experience working within an office environment as a manager or in a similar role

-  Have completed a Bachelor of Nursing


Experience working as a Registered Nurse or in the Aged Care sector would be advantageous.
