DIAL AN ANGEL is looking for a Nurse/PCA to join our Care Department. Established in 1967 DIAL-AN-ANGEL is Australia's leading agency in aged, home and family care. Due to rapid growth we are looking for a Client Coordinator to work in our Care Department as part of a small team.

The Role
This role is perfect for someone with a Nursing or Aged Care background who is looking to combine his/her excellent clinical and administrative skills with regular Monday to Friday working hours. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound client calls and emails from new and existing clients
  • Liaising with clients and Angels
  • Selecting and allocating Angels for individual clients' bookings
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Data entry of client and angel contact details, notes and availability
  • Case management
  • Home visits when required.
  • Recruiting suitably experienced and/or qualified Angels

This is an amazing opportunity to work in an Australian-owned family business as part of a friendly and supportive team. This position will require:

  • Qualifications in nursing and/or aged care
  • Confident in the use of Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Typing skills above 55wpm
  • An organised, structured and detail focused approach to work.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player as well as a team leader who is proactive, motivated and committed to working together with their team to achieve the best outcomes
  • Display absolute commitment to client satisfaction and have demonstrated success in delivering the highest standard of customer service. Ability to positively and proactively resolve all issues relating to client care.
  • The highest levels of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Knowledge and experience of the accreditation process and standards for the healthcare industry.
