Domestic housekeepers and cleaners

This service can include washing, ironing, changing bed-linen, bed-making, general maintenance cleaning of the home or apartment, attention to hot-plates, oven, refrigerator and freezer, the preparation and cooking of family meals and shopping for household provisions.

Moving-in and moving-out cleaning services

For the thorough cleaning of an empty home or apartment you cannot go past an Angel! This work is undertaken by two or more Angels® and in 99% of cases we get your bond back. Not bad when you consider we do hundreds of cleans!

Spring cleaning

This is an initial home cleaning service or one provided for the occasional cleaning of a house or apartment that has not been regularly maintained. The service is usually undertaken by two Angels® working together. It may include washing all external and internal fixtures such as cupboards, doors, removing marks from walls, cleaning bathrooms, toilets and shower recesses, thorough kitchen cleaning, including cook-tops, ovens, refrigerator and freezer. Glass surfaces are cleaned, timber furniture and other surfaces polished, floors are washed and full vacuum cleaning is undertaken. Taking down light fabric curtains, washing, ironing and re-hanging them is an additional service offered. Activities requiring the use of extension ladders will not be undertaken by the Angels® due to Occupational Health and Safety concerns.

Small unit cleaning

For seniors living alone in a unit, the minimum call-out charge of three hours per visit for cleaning may be reduced to two hours where this is appropriate.

DIAL AN ANGEL also provides Angels® for home & garden maintenance, pet care, caretaking, child care & babysitting, care by nannies, aged care, in-home nursing, home & corporate functions. Medico Legal reporting may be requested and a wide range of services is available through our Corporate Services department. Gift Vouchers are also available.
