From technical nursing, to personal care and companionship, highly qualified and experienced Angels can help with individual needs. All eldercare and nursing Angels have been Police Cleared, professionally screened and personally interviewed.

We offer an extensive range of angelcare-at-home® services ranging from specialised in-home nursing to long-term support and care for people of all ages. Specialling services will provide care for your loved ones who are in hospital, or who live in hostels or nursing homes.

Angels are available on a live-in or live-out basis for temporary, regular and long-term engagements.

Home nursing services (RNs, ENs, AINs and PCAs)

Qualified Registered Nurses, skilled and fully trained Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, Personal Care Attendants and Midwives can generally be supplied for private in-home nursing or as temporary staff in care institutions. Our Angels will provide services such as wound care, medical transportation, supervision of medication, critical care, peri-operative care (pre and post surgery) and hospital after-care.

Convalescent and respite care

Home nursing and personal care services are available for early discharge patients. Respite care can be arranged to relieve regular carers on a live-in or live-out visiting basis.

Palliative care

Warm caring specialist Angels can be organised for the terminally ill.

Mothercraft Nursing

A Mothercraft Nurse has qualifications in Early Childhood Development or Mothercraft Nursing (ie: A Registered Nurse with additional qualifications). They may also have a Midwifery or Paediatric qualification. Mothercraft Nurses generally have five years experience in working with children from newborn infants to 5 years of age. A Mothercraft Nurse has specialist skills in: assisting parents with newborns including bathing, establishing a routine, assisting with multiple births, settling techniques and sleeping, assistance with feeding difficulties including weaning as well as post natal care of the mother and the baby. This service is supplied on a LIVE-OUT visiting basis. 

Neo-natal nurses

These are fully trained and qualified Registered Nurses who specialise in the care of newborn babies suffering from specific illnesses, diseases or disabilities for a period of four to six weeks from birth eg kidney, liver, bowel, lung diseases and withdrawal from drug addiction.

Live-in companion-housekeepers

Live-in companion-housekeepers can be available on an "as required” basis for a full 24 hours a day. This service can be organised as a long-term arrangement or through individually prepared rosters.

Specialling

Special duty Registered Nurses or Attendant Carers will provide private one-to-one care for loved ones confined to hospital or residing in hostels or nursing homes. This “Specialling” means that the patient has special attention, constant care, congenial company, (even a little pampering) from a specially selected Angel.

Managed care assignments

Staff Angels© are provided.

DIAL AN ANGEL is also able to provide Angels for housekeeping & home cleaning, garden & home maintenance, child care & babysitting, caretaking, aged care, pet care, home & corporate functions. Medico-legal reporting may be requested and a wide range of services is available though our Corporate Services department. Gift Vouchers are also available.
