Domestic Workers Compensation Insurance
Domestic Workers Compensation cover is a legislated requirement for all employers.
When an Angel is booked as a referred independent worker or where the Bridging facility has been provided by DIAL-AN-ANGEL, the client is deemed to be the employer of the Angel providing services in the client's home. Clients need to be aware of their obligations to cover household workers for Domestic Workers' Compensation insurance.
Should a Staff Angel be booked, the Angel is employed by DIAL-AN-ANGEL and covered by the Agency for Workers' Compensation Insurance.
All Angels are covered by DIAL-AN-ANGEL's Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurances.
