Please remember: if you have any issues or concerns regarding a booking, timesheets or your availabilty has changed please contact your DIAL-AN-ANGEL coordinator at your local office.

A few reminders about timesheets and bookings:

• Angels to confirm booking with clients as soon as they receive the booking plus 24 hours prior to booking taking place
• Double check all details with client (correct address, dates, times etc)
• Timesheets to be sent to office as soon booking over or before 10am Monday morning for it to be processed same week
• Timesheets to be completely filled in including angel name, ID, angel address and client name and signature
• If last minute booking is accepted and Angel does not have a timesheet, ask client to sign piece of paper and transfer it to a timesheet before sending to the office
• Any timesheets which are incomplete or not on the correct timesheet will be sent back to the Angel for them to complete or correct
• ALL Hotel bookings are to be on PISA timesheets
• Angels are not to accept bookings unless they are 100% sure they are free
• Angel to contact their coordinator if they have any issues and the coordinator will liaise with the client if there seems to be a problem
• If client would like to book further bookings with the angel, they are to advise the client to contact the agency directly
• When Tax File forms are sent to angels they are to be filled in completely and sent back ASAP

Following these tips means bookings run smoother and you get paid faster!
